Volunteer Meeting
Madi will be teaching the first month of Children’s Church to work out all the little details and make sure all of the bases are covered.
On January 25, just after the service at 12:15, in The Choir Room, there will be a Children’s Church Volunteer Meeting to help equip volunteers for this new chapter in our Children’s Ministry

Children’s Church starts this Sunday, January 4!
Children will join the adults in service during the singing portion of the service, and then had to The Choir Room just before the sermon, during the offertory song

There will be no Children’s Church during the last Sunday of the month, so that the children can join the rest of the congregation for The Lord’s Supper

Youth Group
Youth group has been on break during the holiday season, but will be returning on back to its regular schedule on Wednesday, January 14, at 6:00 PM
Youth Worship Night
On Friday, January 9 at 6:00 PM, there will be a night of worship for youth, grades 7-12, in the sanctuary. Dinner will be provided, and will be followed by prayer and songs of praise.

and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.

Let the insolent be put to shame,
because they have wronged me with falsehood;
as for me, I will meditate on your precepts.
Let those who fear you turn to me,
that they may know your testimonies.
May my heart be blameless in your statutes,
that I may not be put to shame!
