Vacation Bible School
Illumination Station:
VBS 2026 Report

And just like that, VBS 2026 has come and gone. By all accounts, it was a smashing success!
We had 179 children on campus,
and they collected a total of 1,727 cans of food for our Manna Pantry Ministry!
Not only that, but we had 76 volunteers during the VBS week, keeping the kids safe,
serving snacks, making the children feel welcomed and loved, keeping morale high,
playing and teaching fun songs and dances, and most importantly,
shining a light on who Jesus really is both through verbal teaching and by example.
Thank you to not only all of the volunteers who helped during the week of VBS,
but also to those who helped make and set up VBS decorations,
and to those who prayed and acted as encouragers.
Vacation Bible School could not be done without the hands and hearts of a whole church.
A special thank you to our Children’s Minister, Madi and the Children’s Committee,
who all dedicated so much time, energy, and intentionality into it all.
May it be that these children and their families, through us and VBS, experienced Christ’s love.

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying,
“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

A Peak into 2027

I have done what is just and right;
do not leave me to my oppressors.
Give your servant a pledge of good;
let not the insolent oppress me.
My eyes long for your salvation
and for the fulfillment of your righteous promise.
Deal with your servant according to your steadfast love,
and teach me your statutes.
I am your servant; give me understanding,
that I may know your testimonies!
It is time for the Lord to act,
for your law has been broken.
Therefore I love your commandments
above gold, above fine gold.
Therefore I consider all your precepts to be right;
I hate every false way.
